How do I join the Loyalty Programme?
Just message "Join Loyalty" on WhatsApp at +92 337 9022920. That's it — you're enrolled instantly with your phone number. No apps to download, no forms to fill, no membership fee. Ever.
Is there a membership fee?
Never. The Softgarments Loyalty Programme is completely free. There's no signup fee, no annual fee, no hidden charges. You earn by shopping — that's the whole point.
How are points calculated exactly?
For every Rs. 100 spent, you earn 1 point (Rose tier). Silver gets 1.2x, Gold gets 1.5x, Platinum gets 2x. Points are calculated on the product value only — delivery charges don't count toward points.
When do my points get credited?
Points are credited within 24 hours of your order being delivered. This protects both sides — we only reward orders you actually accept. If you withdraw or refuse an order, no points are credited.
Do my points expire?
Points expire only if your account is inactive for 18 months (no order placed). Any activity — even a small order — resets the clock. We'll send you a friendly WhatsApp reminder 30 days before points are about to expire.
How do I check my points balance?
Simply message "My Points" on WhatsApp. Our team replies within minutes during business hours with your current balance, tier status, and progress to the next tier.
Can I combine points with a sale or discount?
Yes — points can be redeemed on top of any active sale. This is one of the best-value features of our programme. Some brands restrict points during sales; we don't.
Can I share my points with family?
Yes — you can use your points on any order as long as it's placed through your WhatsApp number. So if your mother or sister wants a piece, place the order through your account and use your points. No transfer required.
What happens to my points if I cancel an order?
Points are not credited for withdrawn or refused orders (since we don't count them as completed purchases). If you already earned points on an order that you later returned for exchange, points stay — because you still shopped with us.
Do I need to save a physical loyalty card?
No physical card. Your WhatsApp number is your loyalty ID. We track everything on our end. Every time you message us, we already know your tier and points balance — no card to carry, lose, or forget.
Can I refer myself using a second number?
We appreciate the creativity, but no — self-referrals are not allowed and are easily detected (same address, same name, same order patterns). Abusing this results in permanent programme removal. Referrals are for genuine friends and family.
What if I reach Platinum — can I drop down again?
Once you reach Platinum, you stay there as long as you place at least 1 order every 12 months. If you go 12 months without ordering, we may downgrade you to Gold. To stay Platinum forever, simply order once a year — even a small item counts.
Is the Loyalty Programme available in all cities?
Yes — since we deliver to every city in Pakistan, the Loyalty Programme is available everywhere. There are no regional restrictions. As long as you can order from us, you can earn and redeem points.
Can I use points to pay for delivery only?
Yes — "Free Delivery" is one of our rewards (200 points). You can redeem it standalone for a small order that would normally have a Rs. 200 delivery charge. Great for repeat small purchases.
