Do I need to know product names or SKU codes?
No. Our team works with product descriptions, not codes. Describe what you're looking for in your own words — we'll match it to our catalogue.
How often are trending searches updated?
The trending tags on this page update weekly based on real WhatsApp conversations and website activity. The Top 10 table refreshes every Monday.
Why don't you have a live search box on the website?
Because our entire catalogue (200+ products with variants) lives on WhatsApp where a real person can help you. A static search box would miss half the ways customers ask for things. If you type "I want something nice for a wedding", no algorithm beats a human who knows the collection.
Can I search by colour?
Yes. Colour-first searches work well: "beige co-ord", "white kurti", "black formal shirt". We'll send photos of everything matching that shade.
Can I search by budget?
Absolutely. Mention your budget upfront — "kurti under Rs. 2,500" — and we'll only send options that fit. It saves time for both of us.
Do you keep a record of my past searches?
